Where are my photos processed?

Entirely on your iPhone. Depthly has no servers - the depth engine, subject detection and every edit run locally. Your photos never leave your device. See our privacy policy.

Why does the first import take a few seconds?

On first launch iOS compiles Depthly's ML models for your device's Neural Engine. After that, imports are much faster.

A subject wasn't detected - what can I do?

Tap the subject on the photo to select it manually, or use the mask editor (Focus โ†’ Refine mask) to paint, box-select, or smart-snap the exact shape.

How do I restore my Depthly Pro purchase?

Open any upgrade screen and tap Restore. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID. You can manage or cancel the subscription in iOS Settings โ†’ Apple ID โ†’ Subscriptions.

How do I delete my data?

All creations live only on your device. Delete them from the in-app gallery or the Storage manager (Settings โ†’ Storage), or remove the app - nothing remains anywhere else.
