DepthlyTerms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Fil Technology ("we") for the use of the Depthly app. By downloading or using Depthly you agree to them. They incorporate Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; where the two conflict, these terms apply.
Your content
Photos you edit with Depthly are yours. Depthly processes them entirely on your device and claims no rights to them. You are responsible for having the rights to the photos you edit and for how you use the results.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Depthly on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or resell the app or its bundled machine-learning models except where the law expressly permits.
Depthly Pro subscriptions
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation; Apple processes all payments.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; free-trial remainders are forfeited on upgrade where applicable.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.
Acceptable use
Don't use Depthly to create content that is unlawful or that infringes others' rights, including their privacy and publicity rights.
Disclaimer and liability
Depthly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated masks, depth maps and effects are approximations and may contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Depthly in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes and termination
We may update the app and these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. We may terminate the license if you breach these terms.
